Deposit as Credit: If you choose to proceed with the proposed design and complete your order with us, the deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. This means the design service is effectively free as part of your overall project cost.

Non-Refundable Design Fee: If you decide not to proceed with the project after receiving the design, the deposit will be retained as a fee for the design services provided. This compensates us for the time and effort invested in creating your bespoke design.

Transportation Costs: Transporting plants from our European growers to your location involves considerable logistical efforts and costs. Ensuring safe and timely delivery of our plants is a priority for us.

Trade Prices: We offer our products at trade prices, which means our margins are lower. The minimum order value helps us sustain our business while continuing to offer competitive pricing.
